For every organization that is using the system, a separate client
has to be created in the system. Each client behaves like a separate
system and all data (except very few data elements defined on system
level) is strictly separated by client.
After the initial installation of the system, the following
clients exist:

This client is intended to be setup as a demo client, so that

This client is intended to be available for testing and

This client is intended to be the "template" when new clients
are created. So e.g. whenever new default user groups for new
applications must be created, they must be created here in order
to be available automatically for clients created later. The
