The system can be used in any language for which a translation exists (Currently this is English, German and Spanish).

Each user can define his timezone and any dates / times are shown adapted to his timezone.

Dates are shown in a format which depends on the language the user has setup in his personal profile

The system can send emails which are entered manually and e.g. also automatically send confirmation emails to new registered users to confirm their email.

Any mass emails are sent individually and they are personalized. Each email receiver will get the email in the language that is indicated in his profile. The system will automatically select the language specific email template.

	No one will be able to see the email address of another person in any "To" or "Cc" field of a the emails
